Clean eating is a simple idea. The idea is about being mindful of how food is prepared before it gets to your plate. Clean eating is about eating whole foods, those that are minimally processed, making them as close to their natural form as possible. Simply eating whole foods can be challenging these days.
Losing weight isnt that hard. Just eat less and try to work out every day or two. According to Fitnessmagazine.com, here are some tips for you when you go to the grocery store:

Some conventionally grown fruits and veggies are relatively pesticide-free, according to the Environmental Working Group, a nonprofit organization that strives to protect public health. When you're buying any of the Dirty Dozen, which are more likely to be contaminated with chemicals, it's worth spending a little extra on organically grown varieties.
