Jesse starts his story at a weight of 437 lbs. Through surgery, drastically changing his eating habits, and exercise, he was able to lose 187 lbs. Jesse had pre-diabetes, high cholesterol, bad knees and sleep apnea. Jesse said he needed to recondition himself and literally start from scratch with his lifestyle changes.
According to Jesse, the first two weeks was the hardest, he said that he had to learn to eat to live not live to eat. He not only thinks about how much he eats, but what he eats. Jesse has been able to maintain his new lifestyle and has controlled his blood sugar, lowered his cholesterol, and his sleep apnea is completely gone!
