About This Recipe
2 cups finely blended almonds (almond flour)
1 1/2 cup blueberrys
1/2 Cup chopped walnuts - opitional
Blend together the banana's, 3 eggs, 2 cups almond flour and a half cup of blueberries,
Then fold into the batter with the remaining cup of blueberries and 1/2 cup walnuts!
I always top with more blueberries and nuts too!
Cook at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
